Monthly is the one we are honest about: it is a compromise that often does not work. At four weeks a home has usually crossed back over into needing a deep clean rather than a maintenance clean, so you pay fortnightly-plus prices for a monthly service and the house never quite feels on top. What a regular clean deliberately skips.
This surprises people, so it is worth being explicit. A regular house clean does not do the inside of the oven, inside the cupboards, window tracks, flyscreens, ceiling fans, light fittings or the tops of doors and wardrobes. Not because we are cutting corners, but because those jobs accumulate on an annual cycle, not a fortnightly one. Doing them every visit would roughly double your per-visit price to remove dust that had not arrived yet.
