NDIS & aged-care cleaning in Pakenham.
Gentle, reliable domestic assistance for NDIS participants and older residents across Pakenham and the Cardinia Shire. The same trusted, police-checked cleaner where we can, who learns your home and your routine and never rushes you.
Domestic assistance that supports independence.
For many Pakenham residents, keeping the house clean is the difference between staying safely and comfortably at home and not. We provide domestic assistance for NDIS participants and older residents across the Cardinia Shire: regular cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping, dusting, changing linen and general tidying, all at a pace that suits the person, not a stopwatch. It is the same thorough work as our standard house cleaning, delivered with more patience and far more continuity.
How NDIS funding works for cleaning.
Domestic assistance is generally funded under the Core Supports budget, within Assistance with Daily Life, for participants who need help maintaining their home. If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed we can usually begin straight away; if it is NDIA-managed, it is worth confirming the support is in your plan first. We are happy to talk through whether it fits before anyone commits, with no pressure either way.
Billing handled for you.
Self-managed participants are invoiced directly and claim through the myplace portal. Plan-managed participants have us invoice the plan manager in their required format, with the support category and service dates set out clearly, so the admin never lands on you. Older residents on a Home Care Package can have us bill their package provider where that applies. Rates align with the published NDIS price guide for domestic assistance, and our general pricing guide covers everything else.
The same face, every time.
For NDIS and aged-care clients we treat same-cleaner continuity as the priority, because trust and familiarity matter more here than for any other job. A consistent, police-checked cleaner learns your sensitivities, your preferences and your routine, and many of our older clients tell us the friendly weekly check-in matters as much as the clean itself. If a family member is moving a participant between homes, our end-of-lease cleaning can take care of the vacate clean too.
Where we clean.
NDIS & aged-care questions.
Is NDIS house cleaning covered by my plan?
Domestic assistance, including regular house cleaning, is usually funded under Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life) for participants who need help maintaining their home. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can start straight away; NDIA-managed should confirm the support is in the plan first.
How do you invoice the NDIS?
Self-managed participants are invoiced directly and claim through myplace. Plan-managed participants have us invoice the plan manager in their required format, with support category and dates set out clearly. No paying up front and waiting.
Will it be the same cleaner each visit?
We make same-cleaner continuity a priority for NDIS and aged-care clients. A familiar, police-checked face helps participants feel comfortable and lets the cleaner learn routines and sensitivities.
Do you help older residents not on the NDIS?
Yes. Many Pakenham clients arrange help privately or through a Home Care Package. We provide the same gentle, consistent support and can invoice a package provider where that applies.
